Project Overview: Electric Swing Gate with Double Swing Underground Automation and Advanced Safety F

The aim of this project was to design and construct an electric swing gate with advanced automation and safety features. The gate was powered by a Double Swing Underground Automation system, which provided a smooth and quiet operation, while also ensuring the gate was securely locked when closed. To enhance the aesthetics of the gate, a Hidden Cable system was employed, ensuring there were no unsightly cables visible. Additionally, the gate was equipped with two sets of photocells and in-built obstacle detection technology, which were further fine-tuned using a force test meter. These features ensured that the gate automatically stopped and reversed if there was an obstruction in its path, thereby preventing any accidents. To facilitate easy access, the gate was equipped with a range of access control systems, including a GSM Mobile switch, Ring Doorbell, wireless keypads, and remote fobs. This provided convenience and flexibility, allowing users to open and close the gate from anywhere with ease.The gate was constructed using a powder-coated box section frame, ensuring a durable and sturdy structure that could withstand the elements. The frame was finished with anthracite grey sanded composite boards, providing a sleek and modern look. The design of the gate was carefully considered to ensure no bolts were visible, further enhancing its aesthetic appeal.Overall, this electric swing gate with advanced automation and safety features was designed to provide convenience, security, and a touch of style to the property it was built for.
